Who we are
We are a foster-based, volunteer-run animal rescue rooted in Perth Amboy, driven by one simple belief: every animal deserves a chance at a safe, loving life.
Our work is deeply centered on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), helping reduce the stray population in a humane and sustainable way. Along the way, we rescue and rehabilitate friendly cats, giving them the opportunity to transition from life on the streets into loving homes. While our primary focus is on cats, our rescue efforts extend to any animal in need—from dogs to squirrels, opossums, and even ferrets.
Because we are entirely foster-based, every animal we save is welcomed into a home, not a shelter. This allows us to provide individualized care, socialization, and the love they need to truly thrive. But it also means our capacity is limited—and why we are urgently working to raise funds for a physical location where we can expand our impact and save even more lives.
Our commitment doesn’t end at adoption. We stay connected with our adopters, who continuously share the beautiful journeys of their pets in their new homes. We are always here as a lifelong support system, ready to help whenever needed.
This rescue is powered by passionate individuals who give their time, energy, and hearts every single day. We are Virginia Morales, Anna Krasowska, Mickelann Navas Zamora Rios, Andreina Ovalles, and Elisabete Pereira—along with an incredible community of fosters and supporters. We are especially grateful for dedicated fosters like Tia and Rossi, whose compassion and commitment make so much of this work possible.
Together, we are not just rescuing animals—we are building a community rooted in care, responsibility, and second chances.
